Nathan Fillion To Return As Malcolm Reynolds In Firefly Online

In a video posted to the official Firefly Online YouTube channel, developers Spark Plug Games and Quantum Mechanix have revealed that Nathan Fillion is reprising his role as Captain Malcolm Reynolds for Firefly Online.

Fillion joins a number of other returning cast members from the show, including:

• Adam Baldwin as Jayne Cobb
• Summer Glau as River Tam
• Ron Glass as Shepherd Book
• Jewel Staite as Kaylee Frye
• Morena Baccarin as Inara Serra
• Alan Tudyk as Wash

Firefly Online puts players in the shoes of a captain, who must recruit a crew to man their ship while they undertake missions. The game blends multiplayer role-playing with social elements, and is scheduled to launch later this spring for PC, Mac, and mobile platforms.
