Mortal Kombat 4 Screens and Videos!

On tour today, in arcades this fall, coming home next year - feast your eyes on MK4 art no one else has.

In case you missed Friday's story, here it is for your viewing pleasure.

These screens and never-before-seen videos show new techniques not seen in MK4 gameplay currently being carted coast to coast on Midway's Mortal Kombat 4 Road Tour.

Quan ChiThis tape shows some of Quan Chi's special moves. One is a teleport stomp - similar to MK3's Sheeva's move except that Quan slides through the bottom of the screen, reappears at the top, and does a little tap dance on his opponent's head.

His other new move is stealing the weapon out of his enemy's hands. This one should go a long way to distinguishing MK4 from the previous MK games.

Fujin In addition, a new Fujin technique has been uncovered. We've already seen his levitation move, but now Fujin can monumentally slam opponents to the ground (much like Ermac's levitation slam in Ultimate MK3).

Sub-ZeroSub-Zero has also been slightly updated: The placeholder graphic used in his ice clone move has been replaced with the final graphic, a highly detailed ice statue.

From the look of these shots - and the version currently touring the country - MK4 is definitely headed in the right direction.

Be sure to check out these Web-exclusive shots and video.

The first movie contains moves by Sub Zero, Shinnok, Quan Chi, Scorpion, Fujin, Liu Kang. The second movie brings out the best of Fujin, Liu Kang, Quan Chi, Scorpion, Raiden, and shows off the character select screen.
