Microsoft is starting Black Friday early. As announced previously, the Xbox Live Black Friday sale starts today, November 18, and Microsoft has now revealed the initial lineup of deals.

Throughout the course of the sale, Microsoft will offer more than 250 deals in all, spread across Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. However, only a section of the offers are available now, as more will go live on November 25, the real Black Friday. Xbox Live Gold members have the first crack at the deals, as they're exclusive to subscribers until November 22. The promotion wraps up on November 28, which is Cyber Monday.
