More Tetris to N64

Nintendo and Blue Planet Software announced Wednesday that they have signed an agreement which will end up in the development of a new Tetris title to be made for the Nintendo 64. Blue Planet will develop the new title, which will be the first in a line of Tetris products designed to bring back the feel of the original title.

"We're excited for Blue Planet Software to develop the next generation of Tetris for the Nintendo 64," Peter Main, Nintendo's executive vice president of sales and marketing, said in a statemet. "Tetris has always been a favorite with gamers of all ages, and this new, expanded version of the world-famous puzzle classic leverages the 3D capabilities of the N64 system for even more hours of fun."
