Namco Bandai Games Taiwan has announced that it will be working alongside Sony Computer Entertainment Asia to publish Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

The free-to-play game will be localized in Chinese and will be available for the PS3 via the PlayStation Network. The title is scheduled for a March 28 release.

Mobile Suit Gundam: Battle Operation is a multiplayer online action game focused on team deathmatch. Although the game will be free to download and access, the game uses a ticketing system. Players need to use energy to participate in a single match and can restock them either by waiting or by buying it from the PlayStation Network store with real money.

The game was first released in Japan on June 28, 2012.
