Mike Tyson says he couldn't beat Glass Joe in Punch-Out
Retired professional boxer admits he could not topple the game's easiest fighter.
Former heavyweight champion of the world Mike Tyson was an accomplished boxer in the ring, but he had a hard time with Nintendo's iconic boxing game Punch-Out.
TMZ asked Tyson if he ever beat the game, and the boxer revealed he could not topple Glass Joe, the first boxer in the game, considered to be the easiest foe overall.
"I couldn't even beat Glass f***ing Joe," Tyson said. "I couldn't beat Glass Joe; you know what I mean? I couldn't even play the game. I'm a late bloomer. I started playing games in 2006, 2007."
Asked which games he enjoys, he said "Tour of Duty" and titles with zombies.
Tyson was at the center of 1986's classic NES title Mike Tyson's Punch-Out, as well as 2000's Mike Tyson Boxing for the original PlayStation and 2002's Xbox and PlayStation 2 game Mike Tyson's Heavyweight Boxing.
He most recently appeared as a playable character in WWE '13.
