Midway Shifts Gears
Midway picks up Top Gear Rally and renames its new basketball game.
In a rather surprising turn of events, GS News learned today that Midway has picked up Top Gear Rally from Kemco for release in the US. This Nintendo 64 racer should be out in October, so as not to conflict with Midway's own San Francisco Rush.
In other Midway sports news, the company has also decided to change the name of its upcoming basketball simulation. Formerly called Hardwood Heroes, the game will now be known as NBA Fast Break.
