Microsoft has increased its UK digital pricing for the Xbox One launch games Ryse: Son of Rome, Forza Motorsport 5, and Dead Rising 3.

The games now cost £49.99 to download, £5 higher than their original pricing of £44.99. The move puts all first-party Xbox One games in line with the digital launch price of Zoo Tycoon.

Microsoft confirmed the change in pricing to GameSpot. "Yes, pricing for select digital content in some markets has changed since launch," said a company spokesperson.

"Digital content pricing is subject to change and we may occasionally offer various deals or promotions. Ultimately pricing and promotions will vary by region."

Over on the PlayStation 4, Sony has priced its first-party games, Killzone: Shadow Fall and Knack, at £52.99.
