Metal Gear Solid V on Xbox One and PS4 will look better than E3 trailer

@todd_360 @mrd0nlov3 @Foppe Yeah! I just remembered MGS1 and 2 also came out on PC, so that would make mgs4 the only exclusive PS title, wow.

@mrd0nlov3 @Foppe Except it wasn't? MGS2: Substance came out for the original Xbox. Then more recently the HD collection came out on 360. At present the only exclusive MGS title is 4. It was strongly associated with Playstation yes but I wouldn't consider it as losing a big exclusive franchise.

@Neomaniac15 @Super_Tramp i wouldn't put too much stock on the wiki. since they like to add history to characters that kojima himself never confirmed. anyway, i announced my predictions.. i'll have to bookmark this page so i can do the 'i told you so' to everyone over at gamefaqs when/if they come true.

@Super_Tramp @Neomaniac15 Well a "Ghost without a Past" is going to have a lot of ambiguity to them. As far as Kojima confirming that, I missed it. But it's on the wiki very matter of fact-like so i'll take it.

@Neomaniac15 @Super_Tramp true, theories are great. i just like to correct people when i'm almost 100% positive otherwise. As for Kojima saying Chico was that boy.. yes, he confirmed. I don't have a link for you but if you don't believe me google it. you'll find it eventually.

Yes, that is definitely Psycho Mantis as a child but as for giving you a reason why his father would be commanding a platoon of troops against Big Boss.. I can't think of one that a consensus would agree on.

@Super_Tramp @Neomaniac15 No, of course, and I pretty much agree, I had forgotten Code Talker but that does make sense. Did you see that like two second part in the trailer? Kid with a gas mask? Mantis?

This is what we do right? Come up with theories. We're fans, we love the game, we want to know as much as we can.

@Neomaniac15 the lighting kinda doesn't help with chico's scar but if you watch the new extended trailer you will see Chico helping Big Boss hold down Paz during the surgery.. you can see the scar then.

As for Quiet, I think she is definitely related to Sniper Wolf. Huey is Hal's father. Code Talker is a navajo.. i don't think we can put up links but google code talker.. it will explain the relation with Navajo. Therefore I believe Code talker to be father/grandfather of Vulcan Raven. Skull Face is completely burned.. this could be Psycho Mantis father.. who was said to be burned to death when mantis was a child. <that one is a little far fetched.

am i missing anyone? these are my theories but they aren't without merit.

@Super_Tramp @Neomaniac15 @fredyellowone If you read the Wiki, Quiet might actually be Wolf. I've got nothing on Skull Face, Huey is definitely Hal's father. What scar? I just pulled up the wiki to make sure, and there's no scar on the character model. Does he get this at some point in Peace Walker?
Edit: I see it on the comic book representation, but the full 3D model seems to have it missing. I also don't see it on the kid in the trailer
Second Edit: the Wiki does seem to believe that this is indeed Chico, but I just don't see how that can be known for sure before we either see a factual statement from Kojima or we hear the child referred to as such in the game.

@Neomaniac15 @Super_Tramp @fredyellowone we know it is chico because he has the cross scar on is right cheek.

MG is an operation that is handled by Foxhound. Foxhounds commander at that time is Big Boss. Solid Snake is a member of Foxhound. I believe he was a new-ish recruit.

Sins of the father could mean a lot but I think most of these character Code talker, Quiet, Huey, Skull Face... are all parents to MGS1 characters.

@Super_Tramp @Neomaniac15 @fredyellowone We have NO idea if that's actually Chico or not, like I said we'll find out for sure. He sure doesn't look like Chico, Chico's blonde if I remember right. And then there's the fact that the song that plays in the trailer is called "Sins of the Father". There's also the fact that in Metal Gear, your "Colonel Campbell" character is Big Boss, with the player playing Snake. Snake obviously knew him beforehand to be working with him.
