Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection delayed

This collection better have the un censored, original version of Metal gear Solid 2. The last Metal gear Solid HD collection had the censored MGS2 Substance, where they cut out bullet wounds/red stains on enemy soldiers. And they better keep Snakes nightmare in MGS3 this time.

Apparently It wasn't shipped out to GameStop today and that blows but they said I'll have to wait another day or two but I hope they will still let me get the $20 off of it when I pre ordered it and Put $20 on the game.

Will the collection come to the UK?

That is a lot of Metal Gear! At a damn good price too, I got MGS4 the day it came out for 60 bones.

I wish they were releasing this for PS4. It kinda sucks that this will be released on what will be considered a last gen console in only a few months.

well, the temptation for this... is because you are a real fan, hopefully I can sell my HD collection to get this legacy collection.. or maybe when this is cheap... the artbook is the only reason I'd buy this

If all the games in this were HD with Trophies it would of been worth it. Dont know why they dont release MGS1 in HD...its the best one

Still sucks that Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid VR missions are only Download codes. They should have put them on a disc. Hell just pack in the original PS1 discs since every PS3 plays PS1 games.

AAAWWWW MGS is not update to HD status with this .... I would of bought this just to have that again, Other wise I have all the games just not the first one anymore

Any chance these'll come on PS4? Cus if so, it's the game I want to rendezvous with again from the lousy shafted 360 version.

I know the original metal gear solid was amazing and what not, but am I the only one who would love to have seen an HD version of Twin Snakes? Having the first person aiming and all the other bells and whistles from the 2nd game was pretty awesome to have in the original. And cool new cutscenes

experience the full legacy...only on PS3.

I'm really sad that MGS1 is a downloadable voucher; having it on disk would make this feel so much more complete.

I have all those games and in multiple formats. Although this package is very attractive, I think I'm going to stop giving money purchasing the same content again and again.

I've played a bit of all the MGS's but never bought one because I figured it was too much cut-scenes to be worth it to me. But damn, 8 games for 50 bucks... seems silly not to buy.

Time to re-buy the games for the 3rd time lol xD.

Did Kojima go mad? Yes, already he was infected by the greed virus, now it is only money money money! forgetting the good stories. MGS V is proof of that, one more patch to the already elongated and exploited series, shame Kojima, you used to be cool

@HipHopBeats But if you dont actually own any or have yet to play them its actually worth paying for, or if your a huge fan like me and want them all in one place to play to get ya psyched for the next game. But your personal opinion of them being a waste of money is your own.
