According to the latest issue of Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu (as translated by Andriasang), Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will be playable at the 2012 Electronic Entertainment Expo, which runs June 5-7 in Los Angeles.

The Famitsu feature also sheds light on the game's developer swap from former studio Kojima Productions to present creator Platinum Games. According to Famitsu, Hideo Kojima first approached Platinum Games about taking over development on the project at Sony's PlayStation Vita announcement press conference in January 2011.

Additionally, Platinum Games CEO Tatsuya Minami said stealth was the first item to be removed from the game when his studio took over development duties. This had been previously indicated by Platinum Games producer Atsushi Anaba.

Further excerpts from the Andriasang translation of the new Famitsu reveal that Bayonetta main programmer Kenji Saito is the director of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
