Maximum Charisma Studios, the Colorado-based game company behind the online strategy game Fighting Legends, has closed its doors, according to a post on the company's official message boards. The post, which was spotted by HomeLan Fed, was made by someone claiming to be a former employee of the company, and it indicates that the company has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, the staff has been laid off, and the company offices have been vacated. The post also states that while Fighting Legends is still running, its future is uncertain.

Attempts to confirm the reports with Maximum Charisma have been unsuccessful. We'll post more information on the situation as it becomes available.
