Maximo release date set in Japan

Capcom has announced the Japanese release date of Maximo for the PlayStation 2. The game, which is an action title that draws on the aesthetics of the classic Capcom Ghouls 'N Ghosts games, is currently set for release on December 27 and will carry a suggested retail price of 6,800 yen (about $56). Meanwhile, the North American release is scheduled for February 2002.
