Master of Orion III patch released

Quicksilver today released a small data patch that changes a number of balance variables for Master of Orion III. It's designed to not only improve the military AI, but also rebalance the combat and starship construction elements in the game. The 678K update makes numerous alterations to weapon costs and ranges, research costs, and race abilities.
