Mass Effect 4 "Getting Real," May Have Multiplayer
Upcoming game to have "multiplayer, connected" experiences, according to recently discovered job ad.
BioWare's upcoming untitled Mass Effect game, the fourth in the main series, will feature some form of online multiplayer, according to recently discovered job advertisement.
This BioWare Montreal job requisition for an Online Producer specifically mentions that a successful candidate will "Create and champion the vision of the multi-player, connected experiences and online features of the game..."
That the next Mass Effect will have some form of multiplayer support is not much of a surprise. Previous entries in the series also had multiplayer modes, and BioWare's own prior comments about the new Mass Effect game have suggested it would have online support.
Meanwhile, Mass Effect senior development director Chris Wynn teases that the upcoming game is "getting real."
Things are getting real now and I need an excellent Producer to come shape online for the next Mass Effect - http://t.co/L4G3OBAn87— Chris Wynn (@The1Wynn) February 11, 2015
