Groove Games has recently updated its official Web site with the first information on Marine Sharpshooter II: Jungle Warfare. The previously unannounced game, which is the sequel to CTU: Marine Sharpshooter, is a military first-person shooter set in the jungles of Africa.

The player's mission in Marine Sharpshooter II is to rescue the president of Burundi from rebels and mercenaries to prevent a civil war. Players will be armed with authentic sniper weaponry and an array of gadgets that includes, night vision goggles, a laser range finder, a target designator, and a GPS receiver. As they progress through the game's 10 levels en route to one of a number of different endings, players will not only have to contend with enemies but also with changing weather conditions.
