Polygon reports that Majesco's stock symbol, "COOL," is staying the same, while the latest iteration of the company will have its headquarters in Polarity's Salt Lake City, Utah.

"PolarityTE was founded by Dr. Denver Lough, a surgeon who specializes in regenerative medicine and reconstructive surgery," Polygon reported. "Dr. Lough took the role of CEO at the post-merger company, replacing outgoing Majesco CEO Barry Honig, while Dr. Edward Swanson will serve as chief operating officer; the two doctors previously served as residents at the Johns Hopkins Hospital Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery."

Before this, Majesco published games for more than 20 years. The company distributed the US versions of Aladddin and The Jungle Book for Game Gear, as well as BloodRayne and Psychonauts. Majesco's profile grew in later years with the Cooking Mama series, NBA Baller Beats, and the Jllian Michaels and Zumba Fitness franchises.
