Magic: The Gathering Online, Wizards of the Coast's upcoming online collectible card game, is on track for launch this Monday, June 24, according to a company representative. The game is an online version of Wizards' popular collectible card game Magic: The Gathering, and it lets players compete against other players online for no subscription fee. Instead, players will purchase decks of virtual cards to use while playing. According to the company, the game will launch with approximately 1,500 different cards from the Seventh Edition, Invasion, Planeshift, Apocalypse, Odyssey, and Torment card sets. Cards from the Judgment expansion will be added shortly after the game's launch.

The game will also include a free trial feature that gives players access to five decks of cards, a tutorial, and practice rooms where they can play against other players online.
