As part of GameSpot's summer gaming extravaganza, we sat down with Madden NFL 21 producer Sean Graddy who spoke to us about what's new in this year's professional football game from EA Sports.

In the video, Graddy talks about the major changes to controls this year, including advanced skillstick controls when running the ball. He also confirmed that, based on the feedback from the recent Madden NFL 21 beta, the studio has rolled back the changes to the rick stick up move.

Graddy also speaks about the new defensive options for pass-rushing, mentioning that this year's game will now give you more on-screen feedback to help you play better. Also on the defensive side, Graddy spoke about the new open-field tackling and how players should have better control and make better plays.
