The Madden Ratings Reveal Week schedule is now available. Here's all you need to know.

Madden 23 ratings are an annual point of debate for virtual football fans. Who got the bump up they deserve? Who is still criminally underrated? Which team is set to be the go-to in online head-to-head (H2H)? The full Madden 23 ratings have now been revealed, and we've pieced it all together for you below. As longtime fans know, these ratings are subject to change throughout the NFL season, so ratings aren't set in stone when they're first announced. This applies to the 99 Club as well, as those special inductees can still rise and fall as the season goes on. In this guide, we'll be going over some predictions for the individual ratings, full team ratings, as well as a rundown of every player that will start the season in the 99 Club. [Update: It's nearly time for the next game in the series, so we're assembling a similar breakdown of the best Madden 24 players.]

The best players at each position have been revealed, so use our table of contents to quickly find the position you're looking for. From elite QBs and WRs to the biggest playmakers on defense, here are the Madden 23 ratings for all positions, followed by the exclusive 99 Club for Madden 23.

Madden 23 - Best WRs

We hear it all the time these days--"It's a passing league"--so you're going to want to compare the league's top wideouts to see who you want to play as in Madden. Here are your Madden 23 WR ratings.

Madden 23 Best TEs

Elite tight ends are a surprisingly rare breed these days, which means the gap between good and great tight ends has never been wider. You'll want to play with these players in H2H, or pursue them in MUT and Franchise. Here are your Madden 23 TE ratings.

Madden 23 - Best players on defense

Defense does still win championships, just ask Aaron Donald. With the game's top corners, edge rushers, and more now revealed, we're able to break down that entire side of the field all in one spot. Check out this year's Madden 23 defensive player ratings.

Madden 23 - Best teams

In Madden 23, the 32 franchises are separated by 18 points overall (OVR), which doesn't sound like much, but in practice, the delta between contenders and pretenders can reveal itself on any play in any game. If you're curious where this year's teams land, check out our guide on the best Madden 23 teams at launch.

99 Club

Trent Williams - OT

Trent Williams' spot in the 99 Club has already been confirmed, as the 49ers offensive lineman received word he would become a member earlier this summer. This is a historic accomplishment, as Williams is the first offensive lineman to receive the honors. It seems unlikely Williams would ever drop out of the club, as his play over the past few seasons has been arguably the best for his position.

Davante Adams - WR

— ESPN (@espn) July 18, 2022

Adams was the first official reveal for the 99 Club in Madden 23. This is Adams' second consecutive year in the club, but this year he's on a new team. Even with his move from Green Bay to Las Vegas, Adams should still be able to continue his production from last season which included over 1,500 yards and 11 TDs. While having Aaron Rodgers as your quarterback will always help a receiver, Adams should get plenty of looks from new QB Derek Carr.

Myles Garrett - DE

This was perhaps the biggest surprise yet, as the Cleveland Browns' Myles Garrett had an incredible start to the 2021 season, but began to fizzle out towards the end of it. Two players also finished ahead of him in total sacks, and Pittsburgh's T.J. Watt wound up as the Defensive Player of the Year. However, from strictly the edge rusher position, no one had a better overall season than Garrett. He impacted the game in massive ways every week, causing havoc for opposing quarterbacks game in and game out.

Aaron Donald - DL

Was there ever a doubt? Aaron Donald has not had a rating lower than 99 OVR in six seasons and that wasn't going to stop in Madden 23, especially after Donald and the Rams won a Super Bowl last season. There are few if any players that affect a game as much as Donald. His run-stuffing and ability to get to the quarterback from the DL position are second to none in the NFL. While the long-time Ram is getting up there in age, his play-making shouldn't suffer whatsoever this upcoming season.
