The first look at M. Night Shyamalan's new thriller Old has been revealed. The full trailer will be released during the Super Bowl this Sunday, but ahead of that, the director has posted a short teaser.

Shyamalan posted the promo for Old on Twitter. It's extremely short, and shows a family heading somewhere in their RV. The kid in the back asks "are we there yet?". The ominous musical stab and the tagline--"it's only matter of time"--that follow imply that this won't be a happy vacation. Check it out below:

Old hits theaters on July 23. The cast also includes Gael García Bernal (Coco), Eliza Scanlen (Little Women), Thomasin McKenzie (JoJo rabbit), Alex Wolff (Jumanji: The Next Level), Vicky Krieps (Phantom Thread), and Abbey Lee (The Dark Tower).

The movie is based on the 2011 graphic novel Sandcastle, by Pierre Oscar Levy and Frederik Peeters. While an official synopsis for Old is yet to be released, the graphic novel focuses on a group of tourists who find themselves trapped in a seemingly idyllic cove, where the aging process is rapidly accelerating.

How closely Shyamalan's new movie will follow the source material isn't known yet, but it certainly sounds like the sort of story that the Sixth Sense and Unbreakable director might turn into a film. A poster for the movie has also been released, which you can see at the end of this story.

Super Bowl LV takes place on Sunday, February 7 and will see the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Several teasers for the commercials that will be screened during the game have been released already, and you can check them out here.
