It's easy to be overwhelmed by the many negative messages that have come our way regarding the perceived imperfections of Ultima Online.
But now, time for something completely different: A look on the brighter side.
Just as GameSpot News presented a number of "Dear Richard" (as in Origin's Richard Garriott, aka Lord British) letters that addressed what players thought were shortcomings of the newly-released online RPG, today we have assembled a few of the more complimentary letters.
