Logitech Reveals New Mouse, Keyboard, and Headset Lineup
Prices start at $70.
Hardware manufacturer Logitech has unveiled its latest range of PC peripherals with two new mice, a keyboard, and a headset as part of its Prodigy series line-up. The hardware is targeted at gamers and features "high-performance technology, exceptional comfort, and a sleek and modern design."
The Prodigy series will start shipping this month, and can be purchased from the Logitech website.
The first of the two new mice is the Logitech G403 Prodigy Gaming Mouse, a wired mouse that offers programmable lighting, buttons, and DPI. The G403 features "the world's most advanced gaming mouse sensor" and will be priced at $69.99/€69.99.
Logitech will also offer a second version in the form of the G403 Prodigy Wireless Gaming Mouse. Similar to the wired version, this mouse offers programmable lighting, buttons, and DPI. According to Logitech, the G403 Wireless Gaming Mouse has a response time almost twice as fast as that of the DeathAdder Chroma Wired mouse. The G403 Wireless will be priced at $69.99/€69.99.
The Logitech G213 Prodigy RGB Gaming Keyboard is a full-sized keyboard that features customisable RGB lighting, programmable F-keys, integrated palm rest, and is spill-proof. It will be priced at $69.99/€79.99.
On the audio front, the Logitech G231 Prodigy Gaming Headset is a full-sized USB headset with light-weight ear cups. The mesh ear cups are made from a moisture-wicking material that is removable and can be washed. It will be priced at $69.99/€59.99.
Earlier this year Logitech announced the G810 Orion Spectrum mechanical keyboard. Like the G213, its keys are illuminated. The G810 was priced at $160 for launch, and for a limited time also came with a copy of The Division.
