Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time has captured the attention of millions of Nintendo 64 players worldwide. While finding a copy in stores was a tricky proposition for a few weeks, many found that renting the game was also an option. That said, Nintendo's latest hit climbed atop the heap of video game rentals this week with almost $100k more in rental earnings this week than its closest competitor, WCW/nWo Revenge.

The rest of the top five followed behind Zelda, with WCW/nWo Revenge at number two, Rogue Squadron (another of Nintendo's holiday blockbusters) at number three, Metal Gear Solid holding steady at number four, and NFL Blitz rounding out the top five.

Here's the whole chart, in case you're interested, for the week ended Dec. 20, courtesy of the Video Software Dealers Association's VidTrac system (rank, title, platform, weeks in release, revenues):

1. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64) 7 $444,7202. WCW/nWo Revenge (N64) 19 $347,1403. Star Wars: Rogue Squadron (N64) 2 $338,7504. Metal Gear Solid (PS) 9 $257,6605. NFL Blitz (N64) 19 $227,210
