Life Is Strange: Before The Storm's Final Episode And Boxed Editions Launch In March

Life is Strange's prequel story has already come to a conclusion, but there's one more surprise in store, coming beside the bonus episode. On March 6, two limited edition versions of the title will launch for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.

The limited edition will include the complete Life is Strange: Before the Storm season, bonus episode "Farewell," Mixtape Mode, and outfit pack digitally, and an artbook and CD soundtrack physically for $40 / €40 / £35. The vinyl edition will include all of this as well, but with the addition of the soundtrack on a box set of four vinyl records for $70 / €70 / £65.

Mixtape Mode is a small extra that will allow the player to create a playlist from the licensed soundtrack and listen to it alongside a cinematic from the game. The outfit pack will include three outfits for Chloe: Punk Doe, Hawt Dawg Man, and Illuminati.

Pre-orders of either edition will include exclusive chibi-esque figurines of Rachel and Chloe. Both limited editions will be available exclusively on the Square Enix store.

Life is Strange: Before the Storm follows Chloe before she's reunited with her childhood friend Max. In the midst of her grieving, she forms a deep bond with the chaotic and beautiful Rachel Amber. Deck Nine's version of the game replaced Chloe's original voice actress with Rhianna DeVries. Ashly Burch and Hannah Telle will reprise their roles as Chloe and Max in the bonus episode "Farewell."
