Discounted Lenovo Legion Go Comes With Free $60 Microsoft Gift Card
The Lenovo Legion Go is a perfect Steam Deck alternative, and right now you have a trio of cool discounted bundles to choose from.
The Lenovo Legion Go is one of the best Steam Deck alternatives, offering easy access to storefronts like Steam, PC Game Pass, and the Epic Games Store. Not to mention a slew of online multiplayer games that are incompatible with Steam Deck. The Legion Go also boasts robust specs that allow it to support most modern games at solid presets and an ergonomic design that makes the large handheld comfortable to hold. It's an expensive handheld at its $700 starting price, but there are multiple notable deals to take advantage of right now.
Lenovo Legion Go Bundles
$650 (valued at $760)
Antonline is selling a trio of Lenovo Legion Go 512GB bundles on eBay and its own storefront. All of the bundles cost $650, which is $50 less than the handheld's retail price on its own. The most practical and valuable bundle at eBay comes with a $60 Xbox Store gift card, too. You can then use that gift card to buy PC games on the Xbox Store and/or a Game Pass subscription.
At eBay, you can get a discounted bundle that comes with a first-party wireless Xbox controller. This is a decent choice if you know you'll play the Legion Go in docked mode. That said, the Legion Go has detachable controllers (much like the Switch), so a separate controller isn't fully necessary.
Lastly, you can grab the discounted Legion Go bundled with three months of PC Game Pass at Antonline. But as mentioned already, you could use the $60 gift card to buy three months of PC Game Pass and still have $30 left to spend on games.
The Legion Go is equipped with an AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor, Radeon 700M Series GPU, 16GB of RAM, and a huge 8.8-inch display that supports a 144Hz refresh rate. It's a well-rounded device--and if you're looking for a handheld with Windows that offers broader access to PC games than Steam Deck, it deserves a closer look.
Note that Best Buy is discounting the 512GB and 1TB models by $50 too, though they don't come bundled with the PC Game Pass membership like the deal at Antonline. But if you want the extra storage space, you should pick up the handheld from Best Buy.
It's worth mentioning that Best Buy still has a fantastic deal on the ASUS ROG Ally, which is essentially an affordable, smaller alternative to the Lenovo Legion Go. Featuring a seven-inch screen, 1080p resolution, and Ryzen Z1 processor, it's a great option if you're working with a smaller budget, as right now the handheld is on sale for just $400 (down from $600).
As for the increasingly popular Steam Deck, the 512GB and 1TB OLED models are $549 and $649, respectively--putting it in a comparable cost tier to the Legion Go. Remember that you'll need to do some tinkering to gain access to third-party platforms like the Epic Games Store, and though you can use cloud streaming for Game Pass on Steam Deck, a Windows handheld is the better option if you're looking for native Game Pass support.
We're not sure how long these deals will stick around, so check them out while you can.
