Legacy Interactive has today announced that it has signed a domestic distribution deal with Vivendi Universal Games for the sequel to Law & Order: Dead on the Money, which was released for the PC last year. An international distribution deal for both the original game and the sequel, which is scheduled to ship later this year, has also been signed with DreamCatcher Interactive.

"We are very pleased with the critical acclaim and commercial success we have received from our first Law & Order game, and look forward to taking the franchise to the next level in a sequel," said Ariella Lehrer, CEO of Legacy Interactive. "The first game has been well received by consumers at retail, proving there is a built-in audience who desires an interactive experience with their favorite television drama."

No gameplay details have been released concerning the currently unnamed sequel to Law & Order: Dead on the Money, but we'll bring you more information on the game as soon as it becomes available. In the meantime, you might like to take a look at our review of the original game.
