Update: The Walmart PS5 and Xbox Series X restock listings, which went live tonight, now say the consoles are "out of stock." This change comes shortly after the listings stated they were "temporarily out of stock," which made it unclear whether or not stock would return later tonight. The restock began at 9 PM ET, and the listings showed out of stock by 9:02 PM. It's worth keeping an eye on the listings above just in case, but with the "out of stock" label, it would seem Walmart is fully sold out for now. If you're still looking to buy the consoles, GameStop will have limited stock in stores this Friday.
If you weren't able to snag a PS5 or Xbox Series X in their preorder phases or on launch day, you'll have another chance tonight. Walmart will restock the PS5, PS5 Digital, Xbox Series X, and Series S at 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET tonight, November 25. Walmart's main Black Friday sale kicked off at 7 PM ET with a two-hour delay on the console restocks to help accommodate traffic to the site. Walmart will not be selling the PS5 or Xbox Series X in stores, only on Walmart.com, so stay home and keep your mouse finger loose and limber. You will have to be extremely quick in order to secure one, as we saw them go out of stock almost instantly as the Walmart website began experiencing issues during the last restock.

- Time: 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET tonight
- Where: Online
Though Walmart's Black Friday ad does not show the digital PS5 or the Xbox Series S, the online listings say both digital consoles will be restocked at the same time as the disc drive versions. If the most recent Walmart PS5 restocks are any indication, all four consoles will sell out fast, so you'll want to give yourself the best chance at snagging one by being prepared. We suggest making sure your Walmart shipping information and payment details are up to date beforehand to help checkout go faster. In addition to keeping Xbox Series X and PS5 orders online-only, Walmart is staying closed on Thanksgiving Day this year. However, Walmart's online Black Friday deals will still be available on Thanksgiving Day and through the holiday weekend. You'll want to check out the full sale, as Walmart is offering some of the best Black Friday game deals.
