The Last of Us and Uncharted developer Naughty Dog is apparently ramping up hiring for a new game, which is a project that executive Neil Druckmann is particularly excited about.

Druckmann said, "Come work with us! We're making something very cool!" He included the lips-sealed emoji with his message, referencing how he cannot share any more information.

Naughty Dog, which is based in Santa Monica, California, has more than two-dozen open positions across a variety of disciplines, including animation, art, game design, and production.

As for what the new game might be, Naughty Dog has confirmed it's working on a Last of Us multiplayer game, but we don't know much about it yet. Beyond that, Naughty Dog has no announced projects. However, Druckmann has teased that Naughty Dog might make The Last of Us 3 or a new IP.

"The next thing could be a Part III, the next thing could be some new IP," he said in an interview.

Naughty Dog has already said it will not make more Uncharted games, but the studio is open to having a different developer come in to make Uncharted 5.

Actor Roger Clark, who voiced Arthur Morgan in Red Dead Redemption 2, tweeted the Naughty Dog hiring news but he's assuring fans that just because he's signal-boosting doesn't mean he's involved in the game.
