The closed beta is currently available for people who bought Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection.
It is likely to be the final beta for Uncharted 4. Naughty Dog's Arne Meye says in the comments of this PlayStation Blog post that the developer has "no plans" for an open beta sometime down the road.
Online multiplayer normally requires a PlayStation Plus membership on PS4. However, that's not the case for this weekend, as all online play is free for everyone as part of a weekend-only promotion.
