For near-limitless replay value, check out Super Mario Maker 2. Not only does it come preloaded with dozens of levels for you to play, but it also gives you all the tools needed to create your own maps. You can even jump online and play creations from other players, making it easy to sink hundreds of hours into the game without seeing everything it has to offer.
