Last Chance to Get All Battlefield 4 Expansions Free

The five expansions normally sell for $15 each.

Every Battlefield 4 expansion has been free since last week. The offer doesn't last forever, however, as it comes to an end later today, September 19. If you haven't picked up China Rising, Second Assault, Naval Strike, Dragon's Teeth, and Final Stand add-ons for free yet, now is your last chance.

The expansions are free as part of EA's Road to Battlefield 1 campaign, which started earlier this year and sees the company give away DLC for Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline. The Battlefield 4 expansions were individually free earlier this year for one week at a time, but this is the first time they're all free at the same time. The expansions normally sell for $15 each or are available through Battlefield 4's $50 Premium pass.

Developer DICE has launched some community missions to celebrate the freebie period. For the Naval Strike expansion, if the community racks up 1.5 million kills using boats by September 20 at 9 AM PT, everyone will receive a Gold Battlepack. For Dragon's Teeth, DICE is challenging players to score 1 million kills with the MPX to receive a Gold Battlepack; this missions starts tomorrow at 9 AM PT and ends on September 22 at the same time.

Another community mission will be offered for the Final Stand expansion. If the community can collectively score 10 million kills with a personal defense weapon, everyone gets a Gold Battlepack. The mission runs September 22-September 24. There were community missions offered for China Rising and Second Assault, but they have expired.

You can download the free Battlefield 4 expansions from your console or PC right now. If you're not near your system currently, you can go to the Battlefield website to find links to start your downloads.

Battlefield 1 comes out on October 21. The game's beta was a big success, attracting more than 13 million players and setting a new record for an EA beta.
