Best Buy's Labor Day Sale is still live (despite Labor Day being over) and features a bunch of great gaming deals, including a handful of superb discounts on first-party Nintendo Switch games such as New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe and Super Mario Maker 2. The sale ends after today, September 10, so you don't have much time to take advantage of these great prices. Considering these games don't normally go for less than $50, they could sell out before the sale wraps up.

There are five Nintendo Switch exclusives discounted to $40 at Best Buy during the sale: New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, Super Mario Maker 2, Yoshi's Crafted World, Splatoon 2, and Mario Tennis Aces. That's a lot of discounted trips to the Mushroom Kingdom, which is perfect timing considering Nintendo just unveiled several new games for the plumber's 35th anniversary, including the soon-to-be-released Super Mario 3D All-Stars.

Nintendo Switch games for $40:

It's become fairly easy to find a lot of first-party Nintendo Switch games for around $10 off as of late, but it's extremely rare to see major exclusives for $40 outside of Black Friday. Note that Amazon is price-matching some of these offers as well.

The first-party Switch games are the standout deals when it comes to gaming in Best Buy's Labor Day Sale. However, there are plenty more deals to be found. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's Complete edition for Switch is discounted to $40, BioShock: The Collection is down to $33, and Borderlands Legendary Collection is $33, too.
