If you're always on the hunt for gaming deals--hey, it's an expensive hobby--then the latest sale from Best Buy will be right up your alley. This week, the retailer launched a four-day sale across all categories, from TVs and computers to cell phones, smartwatches, appliances, and more. And while it's definitely worth browsing the full sale, we're here to give you the lowdown on all the best gaming deals.

Among the 100+ discounted games listed, there are some worthwhile deals--most surprisingly, some first-party Nintendo Switch games like Super Mario Odyssey, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which are selling for just $50 rather than $60. Both Pokemon: Let's Go games are down to $45, their lowest price yet. Some other great Switch games are also marked down, like Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze ($50) and Octopath Traveler (also $50). These games rarely drop much lower, so it's a good chance to snag them if they've been on your wish list.

PS4 and Xbox One owners can find some solid deals here too, such as SoulCalibur VI, which is down to $20, and its Collector's Edition, which generally sells for $150 but is marked down to $90. Other notable game deals include Middle-Earth: Shadow of War for just $8, The Division 2 for $50, and Red Dead Redemption's Game of the Year Edition for only $10.

Best Buy is terrible. They ended GCU so abruptly. Don’t shop there. Just use them as a Amazon show room then buy whatever from anywhere else except Best Buy.

@untouchables111: I love my Switch, but Nintendo should be charged with crimes because they refuse to make any reasonable sales. Games that are well over 4 years old, still cost full retail release price. Its super frustrating. Sony and Microsoft do a good job of putting everything on sale, i wish Nintendo would follow suit, but they never will.

Don't support this greedy company..

*BestBuy was one of the 1st Store CreditCards I ever had.

And not only did they raise the limit without my consent but that is more the bank then the company.

*The main issue is RETURN POLICY..

I've stated this before but I was denied 2 different returns and a smoking employee(the original employee from ServicedDesk)

was outside smoking and called me over & apologized and told me the ugly truth.

That they we're told to find any/every reason to deny a refund..

Dude said that all day people leave furious..

I cancelled my BB creditCard that day & now share the story so others don't get burned..

In my case it was a expensive light up Corsair keyboard that was 2 days old.. It had 2 pieces of crumbs or something under the keys and they denied the refund because it was 'dirty'..

I couldn't believe that they expected me to clean it after it was determined broken/defective etc.. Come to find out the light connector was squished and it's now my backup keyboard...it was $75 and I bought another one but from a different store...

*Just make sure you don't buy anything that could break and be returned..

IMO games are safe since you can't return them honestly anyways...

this proves they are on life support if they are screwing over people from returns..

@sippio: Bad experience but I would have to disagree. I personally love Best Buy. I have never had a problem with a return and all employees have been helpful to me. I actually recently received a 4k movie via mail from Bestbuy and one of the tabs that holds the disc in place broke. I didnt like this and wasnt sure if they would refund it for me since its just a case and the disk was fine. They certainly did!

Even the best place will have someone with a poor experience. Too bad...

Why is shadow of war only 8 bucks? Does it suck?

@jsprunk: NoWay!

it was awesome..

A 100 hour addicting experience 4sure..

But if you haven't played it or know about it by now then this post is a waste..

I liked it. I couldn't finish it because it got boring but I put in over 100..

@sippio: I actually played Shadow of Mordor and found it fun, but it got pretty repetitive towards the end. Is Shadow of War a similar experience? I just found it odd that SoW is so cheap in the face of some of these other games listed that are around the same age.

"These games rarely drop much lower"

At least half those games have been 10 bucks cheaper. Hell, Kirby on Switch has been $15 cheaper than this sale price. Octopath was literally $40 two weeks ago. These ain't good sales.

@ms555: Yeah; these aren't the best prices. Wait for Summer sales if you can.
