Kya: Dark Lineage gets golden pedigree
Atari and Eden Studios send their fantasy actioner to production.
Atari let gamers know today that Kya: Dark Lineage, its new fantasy action game, has gone gold. The PlayStation2-only title has an ESRB rating of 'T' for Teen and an MSRP of $39.99.
Developed by Eden Studios, Kya follows the titular heroine as she and her brother accidentally travel to a bizarre, cartoon-like alternate dimension. Once there, the two are separated, and she must liberate the Nativs, a raccoon-like race which are being oppressed by an evil oppressor called Brazul.
