Konami has announced that it will publish Motocross Maniacs Advance for the Game Boy Advance next year. The arcade-influenced motocross game will feature four gameplay modes including championship, time attack, action, and a four-player battle mode. Players will take control of one of six riders and will use weapons and driving skills to reach the finish line before the competition. Riders are rated in five different statistical categories, and the tracks include jumps, water hazards, pitfalls, and other obstacles to keep the racing as exciting as possible. There will be 10 different power-ups in the game, including missiles, land mines, and nitro boosts.

Motocross Maniacs Advance is currently scheduled for release March 26, 2002, and will retail for $29.99.
