If you've ever sat in a cafe, enjoying your pastry and coffee, and thought, "Hey, I could go for some Kirby right about now," then there's something that might be perfect for you. A Kirby cafe is set to open this August in Japan.

There aren't many details on what the Kirby Cafe will be like, but its official Twitter account sent out some messages to fans letting them know that it will indeed be Kirby-themed. It also tweeted out a cute GIF, which you can see for yourself below.

Additionally, the Kirby Cafe has a website with nothing but a link to its Twitter account and a date that makes it seem like it opens this August. We've contacted Nintendo for more information on what people can expect from the cafe and will update this article as more information is revealed.

Kirby's most recent game, Planet Robobot, received an 8/10 in GameSpot's review. Critic Peter Brown concluded that "Planet Robobot is another great feather in Kirby's cap that shouldn't be overlooked."

This isn't the first time a Nintendo character has been associated with a food establishment. Mario, Luigi, and the rest of the Mushroom Kingdom gang are getting their own flavors of frozen yogurt at Yogurtland this summer. You can check out all the flavors and when they arrive here.
