In a blog post, Microsoft said pricing information and details about pre-purchase options will come "shortly."

Eight characters are coming to Killer Instinct with the Season 3 update, including Rash (Battletoads), Arbiter (Halo), Kim Wu, and Tusk, each of which will be available at launch on March 29. Four additional characters will be released at a later date, though there were not named in the announcement.

If you've already played Killer Instinct on Xbox One, all your progress will follow you to the Windows 10 edition. Additionally, it was confirmed that Xbox 360 fightsticks will be compatible with Season 3 on PC at launch, while Xbox One fightstick support will come sometime later.

Finally, Microsoft published the minimum and recommended specs for Killer Instinct's PC edition. These can be seen in the image below. Head to Killer Instinct's website here to learn even more about Season 3.
