K-Project receives official title

UGA names its unique shooter for the PS2 and the Dreamcast.

Comments
United Game Artists has renamed its upcoming Sony PlayStation 2 and Sega Dreamcast game K-Project. It will be officially titled Rez. The developer has described the game's genre as "midnight high shooting," but in more general terms, it is a 3D shooter that features a good amount of unique wireframe visuals. The game also features an interesting sound element. A sound is played whenever an enemy is killed, so if players shoot enemies in rhythmic succession, they can string the sounds together, essentially creating music. Rez will be released for the PS2 and Dreamcast this fall.
