Infogrames announces Driver 3

Infogrames has officially announced the third game in the Driver series. The game is currently in development by Reflections, located in Newcastle, UK. The team worked on Driver 1 and 2 as well as Stuntman. Driver 3 will be released for the PlayStation 2, the Xbox, the GameCube, and the PC in 2003. "The success of the Driver franchise is a historic milestone in the gaming industry," said Larry Sparks, vice president of European marketing at Infogrames. "Driver 3 on the PS2, Xbox, GameCube, and PC will undoubtedly take the franchise to another level of success and gaming experience."
