He also doesn't want to look silly in tight pants and high boots.

If Harrison Ford is to be believed, and there's no reason not to believe him since he is the lead actor in the film franchise, then the next Indiana Jones installment should begin filming by this April at the soonest.

"I'll give you a more appropriate answer considering that I'm gonna start doing Indiana Jones in about two months," Ford said when CBS Sunday Morning asked what's challenging about reprising his iconic roles. "I'm always delighted to come back to these characters." Ford admits he tries to not look silly in his getups, though.

Indiana Jones 5 was originally slated to hit theatres early this summer but has since been delayed due to continuous work on the script. It has now been confirmed that the fifth Indiana Jones film is expected to arrive in July 2021, and longtime franchise director Steven Spielberg is set to return to direct it.

In 2016, screenwriter David Koepp (Jurassic Park, Premium Rush) gave a few hints as to where the next film is headed. He said Indiana Jones 5 will follow "some precious artifact that they're all looking for," and confirmed that Jones's son Mutt, played by Shia LaBeouf in 2008's Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, will not return. Koepp, who wrote Crystal Skull's script, is writing Indiana Jones 5.

Disclosure: CBS Sunday Morning is part of ViacomCBS, which owns CBSi, GameSpot's parent company.
