Imaginary Numbers counting on Tactica Online

Turn-based RPG announced by Australian indie developer; PC game set for release this fall.

Imaginary Numbers, an independent game developer out of Sydney, Australia, has announced Tactica Online for the PC. The turn-based role-playing game will be online and played in a persistent world, but as the game's Web site states, "Most of Tactica's missions and battles take place in private areas created especially for [players]. We'd rather not take on all the assumptions that come with the 'MMO' label, so we prefer to call it an online tactical RPG." In the game, magic battles science in fast-paced combat between secret societies in the time of Leonardo da Vinci. Look for Tactica Online this fall.
