This is much better than the news not too long ago that "FFVII:AC may not be making its way to the US until end of 2006". I have a Divx DVD player, so I have been watching AC for about 5 months now, but I will definitely buy it on PSP & DVD both.

Wow, looks like the movie is finaly almost here. It's only... two years late. I guess Square took on Enix's inability to make deadlines.

i watched the japanese version with subtitles a while back. the movie definetly brought back memories. seeing them brought to life was really amazing and emotional some times. but over all the movie was not that great. i mean, ff7 was all about the story, deep involving story that had an impact on you. advent children managed to do away with a first class story and ended up littering the movie with fight scenes that took up alot of the movie. the fighing was amazing, ill admit that, but thats what the movie mostly consited of. it didnt live up to my expectations, but still, a tribute to ff7.

The one thing people went to buy a psp,and it seemed like they was ripped off abit,lol,about time your psp owners get this mild movie,either way,i seen it and in its OG version and i find adding american actors voices to it is just a gimmick,just hope they stop making these attemps to make this FF7 series live abit longer,dont they have any more capabilitys to create a NEWER story and no i wouldnt want a FF7 remake for any system,just make a new dam story,FYI kingdom heart was lame too ME,because of the dam disney characters

It really is amazing what us U.S gamers have to put up with!!! This thing has been delayed more times than an O.J trial. I mean C'mon, it's just voice acting and it takes more than a year!!! *sigh* Well it's coming and it's almost here. :)

that's good for advent children... but they changed aerith's voice actress for KH2, if i read right. that's not quite as good for that game.

Dude the movie came out in Japan last yr and it was leaked out on the internet a few days before the *** release after seeing the movie and putting it on DVD for all my friends alot of them said the movie was mediocre you only saw the other characters in the movie like for 5 min which sucked .

I LOOOOVE FF7, but I think AC was too far-fetched! it almost ruined my interest in FF7. and also I never expected clouds personality to be like that, I thought he would of been a little like a humorous person :P and plus, It would of been cool if AC was in Anime :)

As I said, there are good that are paying their part well and I don't have nothing against them. It's just that some games/movies are made to be played/watched with japanese voices and I think we should have a choice everywhere. There are some that like to watch animes with eng dubs and there some like me that can't stand it. Hopefully you can choose in animes, but you can't in games. That's sad and bad :P Games like movies should have the original track with subs and the dub track.

Well David Boreanez did a great job with Squall in KH...and isult all you like, Lance Bass was a good Sephiroth. So I'm not keen an N*Sync person has something in common with the great Sephiroth, but in my opinion Lance Bass actually did a damn good job for Sephiroth in KH...even if it was only a few words and growls, it was good. I'm not going to be narrow minded just because someone from N Sync did his voice. Hell, I don't care if Kylie Minogue did his voice so long it sounds excellent. Anywho, AC SHOULD contain a Japanese track as well considering how it's 2 discs.....the Japanase release was only one disc, with one audio track (Japanese) and all of those extra features on the same disc, so either the US is getting laughed at with a 2 Disc set where everything was on one disc in Japan and they think the US prefer quanity over quality, or it's because the audio-track's on the main disc taking up all the room thus needing the second for the extra stuff that most people probably wont watch.

Japansese voice actors will be better thyan english ones...they are more experinced in a way...the movie was meant for japanese language so maybe it won't be as nice because it will be like japanese characters with American accent..so get the *** with english..it will sound better

Well if it's a movie we will propably get something that games lack - the original japanese voiceovers with eng subs. Dubbing is the worst thing people ever invented and it sucks 99%. David Hayter as Snake is one of very few exceptions where the dub actor is better than the original, but MGS games are one of few japanese games that are better with english speaking characters. Anyway FF7 characters speaking english ? The thought itself makes me puke. Never!

Movie is, honetly, aimed at the fans of VII (i.e. ^ not that guy). AC is, to me, the true ending to the game. I'm not so sure about the cast they have lined up for the voice-overs, but damn if Square screws this up by not leaving the original Japanese track .... oooh boy.

Okay, this is WAY old news! Number one, Its not a good movie at all, number two its been around since early last year! Bootlegs, the net what-ever.There is no way these fanboy should have to wait this long to get let down!
