I Am Alive hits XBLA House Party March 7

Microsoft can finally start printing up fliers, as the lineup and pricing for this year's Xbox Live Arcade House Party series of featured releases has been finalized.

Electronic Arts' Warp will kick off the festivities February 15. Priced at 800 Microsoft points ($10), the Trapdoor-developed game puts players in control of the teleporting alien Zero as it attempts to escape from an underwater laboratory.

Alan Wake's American Nightmare will follow on February 22 with a 1,200 Microsoft points ($15) asking price. In the follow-up to Remedy's 2010 horror action game, the titular author journeys to another remote town full of spooky secrets. There, he faces off against a new supernatural villain, Mr. Scratch, and the two do battle using the powers of light (for Wake) and dark (for Scratch).

THQ will mark the leap year with the release of Nexuiz on February 29. A multiplayer-only first-person shooter, the game also features dynamic mutators that can modify the game mid-match, with effects that turn the screen black and white or force players to get by with inverted controls. Nexuiz will sell for 800 Microsoft points ($10).

Ubisoft's long-awaited survival action game I Am Alive will bring the party to a close on March 7. Originally announced at the 2008 Electronic Entertainment Expo, I Am Alive tells the story of an everyman who has lost his wife and daughter during a mysterious but cataclysmic event. This man returns to his hometown, Haventon, a year later to find the city in ruins, with its inhabitants taking "necessary actions" to survive. I Am Alive will sell for 1,200 Microsoft points ($15).
