If you have been hearing whispers about a 30 Rock reunion episode airing this week but were unsure how to watch it or where, you weren't alone. As previously reported, more than half of the country's NBC affiliates--including station groups Gray Television, Hearst, Nexstar, Tegna, and Sinclair Broadcast Group--refused to air 30 Rock: A One-Time Special because the special overly emphasizes Peacock, the streaming service NBC launched on Wednesday. The stations boycotting consider Peacock to be a competitor, so reportedly didn't want to broadcast an hour of commercial-free programming that also doubles as free advertising. Unlike the NBC that 30 Rock portrayed in its original run, it turns out the network isn't that keen on synergy.

Fortunately, there are still ways to catch the special: Hulu with Live TV, NBC's website, and, of course, Peacock (on all tiers). Entertainment Weekly is reporting that the special will air again on July 17 across NBCU-owned platforms USA Network, Bravo, E!, Oxygen, Syfy, and CNBC at 9 PM ET.

30 Rock: A One-Time Special features original cast members Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Tracy Morgan, Jane Krakowski, and Jack McBrayer. It was filmed remotely during the coronavirus pandemic.

"We're all happy to have this excuse to (remotely) work together again for NBC," said 30 Rock executive producers Fey and Robert Carlock in a statement. "To quote Kenneth the Page, there are only two things we love in this world, television and everyone.

NBC's 30 Rock aired from 2006 to 2013, winning 16 Emmys.
