Horizon's North American release date remains February 28, 2017.
The open-world action title is developed by Guerrilla Games, the team behind the Killzone series. It is one of the first-party Sony titles that will make use of the increased power of the PS4 Pro. As announced previously, playing on the PS4 Pro will let you see extra details, enhanced colors, improved shadow maps, and higher quality anisotropic filtering, which means the quality of the texture sampling will be increased, resulting in richer environments.

At PSX 2016, it was confirmed that Kojima Productions is collaborating with Guerrilla Games on the development of Death Stranding and will use Guerilla's Decima engine. This is the same engine that has powered the Killzone series and Horizon: Zero Dawn, though it has been modified somewhat.
