Hideo Kojima's Podcast Is Coming To Spotify On September 8

As part of Gamescom Opening Night Live, Metal Gear and Death Stranding designer Hideo Kojima appeared via a pre-recorded video to announce his next project. He didn't share news about his new Xbox game or Death Stranding 2. Instead, he announced that his podcast is coming to Spotify.

The first episode will be released on September 8, and it'll be available in English and Japanese because Kojima wants it to appeal globally.

Kojima's podcast, Hideo Kojima's Radioverse, was announced earlier this year. It was presented only in Japanese and was available exclusively through Amazon's Audible. However, it's not expanding to a global audience through Spotify.

Kojima loves movies and video games and entertainment in general, and is known for sharing his thoughts and opinions, so a podcast sounds like a good match.

As for Kojima's next game, he's making a new title for Xbox and Death Stranding 2. The sequel hasn't been officially announced, but the star of the first game, Norman Reedus, already began talking about it.
