WB Discovery dumped Westworld from HBO Max and now we know where fans can keep streaming it and other TV shows and movies.

After getting dumped by HBO Max, the TV series Westworld and other programming from the streaming service will appear on The Roku Channel and Tubi starting this spring.

Roku and Warner Bros. Discovery announced what they called a "groundbreaking" deal on Tuesday that will see shows like Westworld, The Bachelor, Cake Boss, Say Yes to the Dress, and F-Boy Island come to Roku this spring.

The deal covers these shows and many more, as well as films. Roku said "hundreds" of TV shows and movies from WB Discovery's library are coming to The Roku Channel, though a full list has not been published as of yet.

This deal, the financial terms of which were not disclosed, is part of the growing trend of content appearing on free ad-supported TV (FAST) sources. Roku is one of multiple partners that WB Discovery will sell its content to for ad-supported deals. Another is Tubi, which separately announced a deal with WB Discovery for more than 225 titles, including Westworld, according to Variety.

Tubi's WB Discovery content will begin to show up on February 1, though Roku did not announce when its own slate will start streaming. Keep checking back with GameSpot for more.

When WB Discovery announced it was dropping Westworld and other shows from HBO Max, the company made it clear the programming would eventually show up on other FAST channels down the road. Still, losing a beloved show like Westworld and needing to sign up for a different service to keep watching is far from an ideal scenario.

As for Westworld's planned fifth season, it is not going ahead, though the stars are still being paid for it.
