Helldivers 2 has no shortage of great armor sets, but if you're looking to rock a look from a galaxy far (far!) away, you're going to have to do some modding. Modder Toasted Shoes created several Star Wars skins to use in the game, and as you'd expect, they look fantastic in action. These include several Clonetroopers like Commanders Cody and Rex, as well as Wrecker from Star Wars: The Bad Batch.

The Star Wars crossover works surprisingly well within the Helldivers 2 universe, making the game look like a video game adaptation of Rogue One or Attack of the Clones depending on the planet in question. While Toasted Shoes isn't openly giving the mod away or selling it--lest Disney spring into action--people in the comments are clearly very hungry for it. Interestingly, Helldivers 2 developer Arrowhead is open to the idea of crossovers, but only if they make sense within its game universe.

In other Helldivers 2 news, the new Polar Patriots Warbond has launched and has added new gear that'd be perfect for an assault on the planet of Hoth. Following Sony's U-turn on a controversial decision earlier this month, Helldivers 2 players are also working on reversing negative scores to the game that were made in protest.

A new community challenge is also live, and Arrowhead has tasked players with exterminating a staggering two billion automatons so that the remains of the robotic renegades can be used to unlock a new anti-tank mines stratagem.
