Hasbro Pulls Out A Tetris
Hasbro Interactive gets the license for The Next Tetris on PlayStation and PC.
Hasbro Interactive announced Wednesday that it has signed a deal with The Tetris Company and Blue Planet Software to publish The Next Tetris for the PlayStation and PC. The Next Tetris brings new multiplayer and competitive options to the game, which has been a mainstay on both console and PC platforms for more than a decade.
The PlayStation version of the game will be released in June, with the PC version following in the fall. Both were designed and developed by Blue Planet Software.
Since 1986, Tetris has sold more than 50 million copies worldwide on a variety of platforms.
